Ms. Morton is a veteran Private Detective and elite Fixer with more than 30 years of experience at the highest levels of investigation, crisis management, and risk mitigation. Over the course of her career, she has conducted more than 8,000 investigations, 1,000 surveillances, and led over 50 human trafficking recovery operations—helping to recover more than 5,000 individuals worldwide.

A dynamic force both behind the scenes and on screen, Ms. Morton has successfully bridged the worlds of investigative intelligence and entertainment. She is an internationally sought-after speaker, having lectured in major cities including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, Seattle, Toronto, London, Dubai, and Vancouver.

As President and Owner of K.N.O.W. LLC Sports & Entertainment Group, she leads a premier concierge investigative firm serving the NFL, NBA, A-list celebrities, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, dignitaries, and the global entertainment industry—making her a trusted figure at the intersection of security, reputation, and media.

Ms. Morton’s impact in film and television is equally significant. She spent five years as a consultant to the entertainment division of Mid-America Capital, where she played a key role in raising over $350 million in angel, private, and equity financing for domestic and international independent films—helping bring powerful stories to life on a global scale.

She currently serves as Founder and Executive Producer at MMG, LLC, a film and television development company with more than two decades of experience packaging and producing content for theatrical and digital distribution. Through her leadership, MMG continues to develop a diverse slate of compelling projects, including Beautiful Chaos, Electric Bleau, Grace: The Sweet Daddy Grace Story, Ecstasy: Going Through the Pain – The Story of The Ohio Players, BOY$, and The Devil’s Prophet.

Bringing real-world expertise to the screen, Ms. Morton is also an on-air crime expert featured on hit television series including Sins of the City, Fatal Attraction, PAYBACK, For My Man, and Celebrity Crime Files on TV One. In 2027, she will make history as the first Black female private detective to be featured in a major investigative true-crime television series focused on missing and trafficked women—further solidifying her role as both a subject-matter expert and a powerful on-screen presence.

Her company has been recognized by the Georgia Governor’s Office as a top female-owned business, and she is an alumna of the prestigious Governor’s Mentor-Protégé Program. She also completed Ted Turner’s Emerging Leaders Executive Program.

Ms. Morton studied Criminal Justice at The Ohio State University, with a minor in Psychology. Her unmatched expertise has made her a trusted consultant to city, state, and national government agencies.

Mr. London currently serves as CEO and Publisher of Urban Network Entertainment, where he continues to lead with vision and innovation in the evolving entertainment landscape. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has held senior executive roles at some of the industry’s most influential record labels, including Senior Vice President at A&M Records and Vice President of Marketing at RCA Records.

Mr. London began his groundbreaking journey at Motown Records in 1969, making history as the first African American regional sales manager and the first to work in the sales department of any major record company. His leadership and impact led to his promotion to Executive Vice President and General Manager, where he helped shape the company’s continued success during a transformative era. After 21 years at Motown, he transitioned to RCA Records in New York, where he again broke barriers as the first African American to head a label’s sales division across all music genres. He was later elevated to Vice President of Product Development and subsequently Vice President of Marketing.

Continuing his upward trajectory, Mr. London joined A&M Records in Los Angeles as Executive Vice President and General Manager of its Urban Music Division. There, he worked with acclaimed artists and producers such as Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, CeCe Peniston, and Barry White. He also played a key role in supporting the entrepreneurial expansion of N.W.A. rapper Ice Cube, assisting in the development of his independent label, Lench Mob Records.
Beyond music, Mr. London has built an illustrious career as an executive producer in film and television, contributing to numerous projects and iconic soundtracks, including Lady Sings the Blues, Mahogany, Do the Right Thing, House Party, Trouble Man, and The Big Chill, among others.

Daniela Amavia is a visionary Greek-born filmmaker who grew up in Germany, blending European sophistication with bold storytelling. She began her creative journey as a teenager, modeling for Karl Lagerfeld and Chanel, shuttling between Berlin, Frankfurt, and Paris during school holidays.

Transitioning from fashion to film, Daniela quickly made her mark, producing and starring in the German features AFFAIRS (Columbia TriStar) and VENUS & MARS (Buena Vista) alongside Lynn Redgrave and Julie Bowen. She wrote and directed the award-winning short ROCKIN’ GOOD TIMES with Danny Huston and has developed compelling TV projects for the international market, including RAINBOW HOUSE, ROSA X ALBA, and STOCKHOLM OCTAVO.

Her debut feature A BEAUTIFUL NOW premiered at the Los Angeles Film Festival, earned critical acclaim—including Best Screenplay (Produced) and Best Experimental Feature—and was acquired by Netflix US. The film’s screenplay now resides in the permanent collection of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Her second U.S. feature, LOST IN WONDERLAND (Get Lost), a modern reimagining of Alice in Wonderland, stars Ella Travolta, Academy Award nominees Terrence Howard and James Cromwell, Sasha Luss, and Edouard Philipponnat, and was released in spring 2024.

Daniela is currently preparing her third feature, THE AFFAIRS OF LEONARD, a lavish period drama inspired by Marie Antoinette’s hairdresser, with Luc Besson as creative advisor. She is also developing AMAZONS, a bold, cinematic take on the legendary female warriors.

Addison Wright has more than three decades of hands-on experience that spans a wide range of projects — from motion pictures, documentaries, and short films to direct-to-video and television programming, internet/web content, music videos, commercials, PSAs, and theater. He’s produced more than 150 films and documentaries, of which 66 were takeovers on behalf of bonders to complete distressed projects; added more than 1,000 commercials and PSAs, 120-plus music videos, and produced and first assistant directed 22 short films that received critical acclaim and various awards; and, worked with such notables as Toby Maguire, Robert Downey Jr., Tim Roth, Steve Martin, Michael Rosenbaum, Helen Mirren, Anne Heche, Eric McCormack, Ron Livingston, America Ferrera, Geoffrey Lewis, Norman Reedus, and Diane Kruger.

Over the years, Mr. Wright has delivered several high-end industrial films and content for Fortune 500 companies. Periodically, these clients contact him for advice on how films can help them communicate corporate identity and values to their customers and employees.

In 2024, Addison, as the line producer, completed two feature motion pictures, “Elevator Game” and international co-production, “Pacifica.” Currently, Mr. Wright is the line producer for two motion pictures in development and one in pre-production, and co-producer for a film in pre-production. He is producing/directing one short film series currently in production and is in post-production on a multi-episode podcast on the history of genocides and holocausts.

Jen West (she/her) is a writer, director, and producer best known for her award-winning narrative shorts (Crush, Bubble, Little Cabbage) and vibrant music videos. A Birmingham, AL native, West is driven by a desire to tell the unsung stories of the South with a strong emphasis on inclusivity and redefining societal norms. Jen’s immersive tenacity and attention to detail is balanced by her intuitive energy, making her a true asset on any set.

In the past, Jen’s screenplays have garnered serious attention at both the Atlanta Film Festival & Vail Film Festival, and her screenplay for the upcoming Electric Bleau placed in the top ten at the Park City “Table Read My Screenplay” competition in 2019. Her “Call Me” music video by Alabama band St. Paul & the Broken Bones has over 1M views-and counting!

In 2016, she produced two films that were shown at the Cannes Film Festival as part of the Emerging Filmmaker Showcase in the American Pavilion. She’s been chosen multiple times as a finalist for the Lynn Shelton “Of A Certain Age” grant. Her work across writing, directing, and producing has been recognized by numerous prestigious film festivals and industry programs. Now based in Los Angeles, she continues to develop original features that explore identity, place, and reinvention—while producing work that expands her voice across genres and regions.
